In the video I also cover a few things that I find a tad frustrating. Namely, the software is ot intuitive in my opinion. For me, there was a fairly sizable learning curve involved in creating sites etc.



I have also found that there are a few bugs or glitches that appear from time to time. This is something that can't be avoided with any software from my experience however.



Any issues I have experienced have been short-lived, as their support and tutorials have been amazing to put it mildly.



The positives are that it covers almost everything (I say almost as I haven't gone through to see what's not there) in terms of digital tools.
